Ceramic Fiber Paper
Ceramic fiber paper consists primarily of high purity aluminum-silicate fiber and is made through a fiber washing process. This process controls the content of unfiberized shots to a very minimal level within the paper. The paper features light weight, structure uniformity, and low thermal conductivity, which serve as a perfect solution for high temperature insulation, chemical corrosion resistance, and thermal shock resistance. This product can be used in various types of refractory and sealing applications. Ceramic fiber paper is available in 4 grades with a variety of thickness, widths, and temperature ratings:
Standard Grade: continuous use up to 1832ºF
Premium Grade: continuous use up to 2012ºF
High-Alumina Grade: continuous use up to 2192ºF
Zirconium Grade: continuous use up to 2462ºF
Standard thickness: 1/32”,1/16”,1/8”,1/4”
Standard widths: 24” or 48”
Standard packaging: approximately 25 lb/roll(special packaging is available per request
